A tall girl with a fashion-model figure.
She is always carrying a school notebook and pen with her.

Condition: Ryoko suffers from a condition in which she does not remember her old memories, neither can she make new ones that she can remember after about five minutes, at best. It'll worsen if she gets distracted.
Talking in past or future tense therefore is difficult for her. If she's told "Meet me at X time," she will stare at a clock and wait so that she doesn't get distracted.
Her notebook is her memory and identity. With it, she can function. Without it, she can't even remember her name.
Despite this, she very much can remember and understand 'vibes'. If a person traumatizes her, she's going to remember they're dangerous, even if she doesn't know specifically why.
She can also learn and maintain skills. She just won't remember who taught her or why.
Very special people may be remembered.
Mind reading will show her condition is very genuine. Her profile and history is a complete blank, as is her immediate thoughts.

Forced piercings or tattooings. If it's a ~magical tattoo~ like a womb tattoo, that is absolutely fine! But my main trigger is if my character goes to sleep somewhere she thinks she'll be safe and is then attacked. Or general talk about it like "X character tried to stab me in my sleep." Please, no, this is very triggering. However, if my character went to sleep in a place where there's an expectation of danger (like, I dunno, camping outdoors where there's animals or something) then all this doesn't apply and it's fine.
